Is there a minimum order for wholesale?

Standing wholesale orders start at 10 kg per month. Bundle pricing kicks in at 20 kg. White-label contracts start at 30 kg per month. Custom blends and bulk orders start at 100 kg per month, up to 2 tons per order.

How does pricing work?

Approved partners see wholesale pricing (8–10% off retail) on every SKU inside the portal. Volume bundle pricing is configured per partner during onboarding. Custom blends and bulk contracts are quoted separately.

What’s in the sample kit?

Three 500g SKUs chosen for your bar’s program — usually one commercial espresso, one premium espresso or filter, and a wildcard from our Tier III / exotic lots. Cup them on your machines. If nothing fits, we’ll swap the kit.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes — across Indonesia. Standard shipping via JNE / Ninja / SiCepat for smaller orders. Bulk contracts ship on our logistics partners with delivery windows agreed at contract.

What are custom blends and how do they work?

Custom blends start at 100 kg per month — the format is for programs that need beans we don’t usually stock, sourced to your target profile. First iteration typically 3–4 weeks including cupping sessions. Recipe stays private and roasted only for your program.

Do you offer white label for existing coffee brands?

Yes, under Track 02. Roast-only production against your packaging and label. Minimum 30 kg / month, quarterly contract, batch traceability included. Talk to us about co-branding or fully private label.

What happens if I’m not approved?

We’ll tell you why and, when possible, suggest what would change our answer. Retail purchasing is always open — and we welcome you to reapply once your volume or fit changes.
