Eclipse Currant in its most portable form: our layered arabica, one serving per sealed drip bag. Water just off the boil does the work — two or three slow passes, a short steep, then lift the bag out and the cup is ready. The grinder, the filter cone, and the cleanup all stay home, which is what makes it work beside a guesthouse kettle or an office water boiler.
