La Margarita LOT 003

One of the few lots we buy from outside Indonesia. La Margarita is a washed coffee from Peru, and the washing is why it drinks so clean: florals up front, juice through the middle, and a crisp sweetness close to rose apple — jambu air, if that's the reference you know. It comes in single doses, so treat each one as one brew and grind it right before you pour. Best as a pour-over; for anyone living on our Indonesian filter roasts, it's the light, clean counterpoint.
