Uganda Bulambuli Natural Experimental

A rare one for us: an experimental natural from Bulambuli in Uganda, well off our usual Indonesian map. Naturals dry inside the whole cherry, and this lot's processing goes a step past the standard recipe, so the fruit leans bright rather than jammy: grape, green apple and pear under a floral top note, closer to white wine than strawberry syrup. One for filter drinkers who already like naturals and want to taste what an experimental process does. Sold in single doses: one dose is one pour-over, brewed fresh, nothing left to go stale.
