Lampung Washed Mosto

Mosto is a winemaking word: fresh must, juice still mid-ferment and alive with yeast. This washed Lampung lot borrows the technique — mosto carried over from a previous coffee lot seeds the fermentation, layering fruit onto a cup that would otherwise stay quietly clean. The result is vibrant strawberry with washed-coffee clarity: natural-process fruit without the ferment funk. It's roasted for filter; let the cup lose a little heat before judging it, because the strawberry comes into focus as it cools.
