Kerinci Honey
Honey-processed on the slopes of Kayu Aro in Kerinci, and roasted for filter. Honey process means part of the cherry’s mucilage stays on the bean while it dries, and that layer of fruit sugar is where the sugarcane sweetness and juicy body come from. In the cup it opens sweet, moves to fresh pear, and finishes closer to a cup of earl grey than a cup of coffee. If washed coffees read thin to you and naturals read loud, this sits in between; brew it on a V60 or any paper-filter method and drink it black.
