Gayo Natural

Grown at an elevation of 1,800 meters above sea level in Bener Meriah, Sumatra, Gayo Natural is an Arabica coffee with a vibrant, aromatic profile and abundant sweetness. This coffee is a blend of the Abyssinia, Ateng Super, and Red Bourbon varieties, which are then naturally processed by BBMC to preserve their fruity character and natural sweetness. The brew opens with an expressive, sweet aroma, followed by juicy and sweet plum notes. A hint of sugarcane adds a clean and refreshing sweetness, while the juicy mouthfeel makes every sip feel lively and light on the palate. Toward the finish, floral notes gradually emerge, leaving an aromatic aftertaste that provides an elegant and memorable conclusion. Gayo Natural is an interpretation of the character of Gayo highland coffee through a filter-roasting approach — fruity, sweet, juicy, and aromatic — with a balance that makes it a pleasure to enjoy from start to finish.
