Manggarai Full Washed

Colol, in the highlands of Manggarai on the island of Flores, grows the coffee in this single-origin filter roast. Full washed processing takes the fruit off before the beans dry, so the cup stays clean and shows the coffee plainly: citric brightness up front, a floral lift through the middle, spice on the finish. It's the daily filter we point people to when they ask for bright and transparent. Pour-over keeps the acidity defined; a batch brewer turns it into an easy morning pot.
